In the most recent years Dunia has been collaborating with K2K and the NER Group to transform and turnaround organisations in difficulties, using a human centred approach. Her dream now is to start a contagious movement that moves organizations into a new state in which they thrive and look at profit as a means to be able to serve people, society and the planet.
